If you contact the organizers separately, we may receive the information included in your message. Our hosting and service providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, and request logs, to operate and secure their services.

How We Use Information

We use the information to manage attendance, confirm RSVPs, communicate event information, plan seating and refreshments, accommodate dietary needs where reasonably possible, maintain event safety, prevent abuse, and administer the event website. We do not use RSVP information for advertising.

Dietary and Allergy Information

Dietary and allergy information is optional and may reveal health, religious, or other sensitive information. Please provide only the information needed for event planning. The organizers will use it only to evaluate reasonable accommodations and communicate relevant needs to event personnel or vendors when necessary.

Service Providers

This website may be hosted by Cloudflare. RSVP submissions are processed using Google Apps Script, stored in Google Sheets, and delivered through Google email services. How We Share Information

Information may be shared with the event organizers, venue personnel, caterers, or other service providers only when reasonably necessary to plan and operate the event. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect guests, organizers, or others. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Data Retention

RSVP information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to organize and conclude the event, resolve follow-up matters, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. When the information is no longer needed, the organizers will take reasonable steps to delete it from active records.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect RSVP information. However, no website, email system, or online storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting the organizers. We may need to verify your identity or submission before completing a request. Deleting RSVP information may prevent us from maintaining your reservation or accommodating your needs.

Children's Privacy

This website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should submit information for any guest under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information without appropriate permission, please contact the organizers so it can be reviewed and deleted.
